    How can we help your career?

    This new digital communications internship with the American Horticultural Society is open to any college-level student and to adults with relevant experience who are making a career change or seeking additional training.

    While working closely with the AHS staff, the intern will support the organization's digital communications with tasks such as contributing timely posts to social media, creating content for monthly e-newsletters, updating online calendars, tracking online engagement, and assisting with the creation of monthly podcasts. Additionally, the intern will work closely with staff to develop a special project that will build upon his or her interests.

    This internship is available for a six-month period, to commense at a mutually agreed-upon date during summer 2018. Position is open until filled. Interns are paid $10.00 per hour and work a 37.5-hour week, with some flexibility of hours, Monday through Friday. Interns are responsible for making their own housing arrangements, but a list of local shared-house rental options and apartment contacts is available upon request.
