    Registration for NCYGS 2017 is Open #NCYGS17

    Please note that this year you do not need to register for the various sessions you plan to attend.  Register for the Symposium, and select sessions while you are at the Symposium.

    Online registration is no longer available.  Please call 703-768-5700 x121 to register.  Onsite registration will be available.  If you plan to register onsite, please let us know so that we can plan for the most accurate number of attendees.


    AHS Members

    If you are an AHS member you will enjoy a discount on your NCYGS 2017 registration.  Not a member? Join today!



    If you are a current, full-time student at an academic institution you can receive a discounted registration rate. In order to qualify, you must provide AHS with proof of current, full-time enrollment. You can submit this information via email to education@ahsgardening.org or via fax to (703) 768-8700.

    Pre-Symposium (morning tour of Portland school gardens) $50 $50
    Pre-Symposium (full-day trip to The Oregon Garden) $75 $75
    Post-Symposium (afternoon tour of Our Table Cooperative and 3-course farm-to-table dinner with cash bar) $85 $85



    Online registration will close Monday, June 26, 2017. There will be on-site registration available for NCYGS 2017 at the symposium headquarters, the Hilton Vancouver Washington, in Vancouver, Washington..



    If you are scheduled to be a presenter at NCYGS 2017 you are eligible for a discounted registration rate. The online link to register at your discounted rate will be e-mailed to you by AHS. If you do not receive this e-mail by April 14, please send a message to education@ahsgardening.org requesting that it be resent to you. 


    Cancellations and refunds

    A full registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if requested in writing through June 12, 2017.  No refund requests will be accepted after that date.
