Registration Fees
Pre-Symposium
Pre-symposium registration is available as an add-on experience to the full or single-day symposium registration. The pre-symposium experience on Monday, July 13 is $175 and includes transportation, lunch, and all tour fees. Click here to register for the pre-symposium. .
Full Symposium
The symposium occurs on Tuesday July 14, Wednesday July 15, and Thursday July 16. Registration fee includes keynotes and learning sessions, Wednesday field trip transportation and tours, and lunch every day.
- $425 for AHS Members during Early Bird registration/ $475 after April 17th. Click here to register
- $475 for Non-Members during Early Bird registration/ $525 after April 17th. Click here to register
- $350 for students or AmeriCorps members (must be able to demonstrate status as current student or AmeriCorps service member). Contact programs@ahsgardening.org to request student registration.
Single-Day
$200 AHS Members/$250 Non-members. Single day registration is available for Tuesday and Thursday.

Scholarships
Scholarships are available for the 2026 National Children & Youth Garden Symposium. Please click here to learn more details about these opportunities. The window to apply for a scholarship is open until March 27, 2026.
Scholarships will be awarded based on demonstrated commitment to children’s and youth gardening initiatives, work with underserved and/or Title I populations, and financial need.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to programs@ahsgardening.org. A full registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if requested in writing through June 12, 2026. No refunds requests will be accepted after June 12, 2026.
