Registration Fees
Pre-Symposium
Pre-symposium registration is available as an add-on experience to the full or single-day symposium registration. The pre-symposium experience on Tuesday, July 8 is $125 and includes transportation, lunch, and all tour fees.
Full Symposium
The symposium occurs on Wednesday July 9, Thursday July 10, and Friday July 11. Registration fee includes keynotes and learning sessions, Thursday field trips, admission to the Connecticut Science Center on Wednesday and Friday, transportation between symposium sites and hotel, lunch on Wednesday and Friday, and breakfast on Thursday.
$375 for AHS Members during Early Bird registration/ $425 after April 4th.
$425 for Non-Members during Early Bird registration/ $475 after April 4th.
$325 for students or AmeriCorps members (must be able to demonstrate status as current student or AmeriCorps service member). Contact programs@ahsgardening.org to request student registration.
Single-day
$175 during Early Bird registration/ $200 after April 4th.
Scholarships
Scholarship information and applications will be available in late January.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to programs@ahsgardening.org. A full registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if requested in writing through June 6, 2025. No refunds requests will be accepted after June 6, 2025.
