AHS Members
If you are an AHS member you will enjoy a discount on your NCYGS 2024 registration. Be sure to create a username and login in order to access your member benefits online. Not a member? Join today!
Presenters
Presenters receive a discounted registration. Look for an email in early mid-March with a link to access your discounted rate.
Registration Fees
Full Symposium
Registration fee includes general and breakout sessions, field trips that take place during the symposium schedule, and lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Pre-symposium experiences incur additional registration fees.
$375 for AHS Members during Early Bird registration/ $425 after May 10th. Click here to register (AHS members will be prompted to log in)
$425 for Non-Members during Early Bird registration / $475 after May 10th. Click here to register
$325 for students or AmeriCorps members (must be able to demonstrate status as current student or AmeriCorps service member)
Single-day
Registration fee includes general and breakout sessions, field trips, and lunch for the date of registration.
$175 during Early Bird registration / $200 after May 10th (select the appropriate link above to register)
Discounted registration is available for staff of gardens that participate in the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admissions Program. A link to access the discounted rate will be sent via email to your garden’s AHS liaison when registration opens in mid-March. Email programs@ahsgardening.org if you are a Reciprocal Garden Network representative and did not receive the link.
Scholarships
Scholarships are available for the 2024 National Children & Youth Garden Symposium. Please click here to learn more details about these opportunities. The window to apply for a scholarship is open until April 12, 2024.
Scholarships will be awarded based on demonstrated commitment to children’s and youth gardening initiatives, work with underserved and/or Title I populations, and financial need.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to programs@ahsgardening.org. A full registration refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made if requested in writing through June 7, 2024. No refunds requests will be accepted after June 7, 2024.
